All information collected by Walter & Wild Ltd is stored and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Acts (1984 and 1998). Personal and financial information collected on this site is used for the sole purpose of processing and delivering your Walter & Wild Ltd order. During checkout you will be asked to "opt in" to receive information from Walter & Wild Ltd and possibly other organisations and companies involved with, or relevant to, Walter & Wild Ltd. Payment is taken at the time of order, not the time of despatch. This allows us to make sure there are no last minute problems in getting your order delivered on time. Financial and payment details such as credit/debit card numbers are removed from our database immediately following payment.

Allergen information and ingredient information is available for each product.
All Mainland UK Postage is sent by Whistl. We offer free delivery on orders over £10 to most of the UK. We can courier orders to Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands for a flat fee of £5.00.
Please allow 7 – 10 working days for standard UK orders. Please note that wherever possible we will endeavour to deliver all items in a shorter timescale.
You will receive an automated email once your items have been dispatched.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect we are not liable for the delivery of these items.
Returns and Cancellations
In the event that you wish to cancel please contact us on 020 7978 1770 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We operate our terms in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Due to our products being a food item, we cannot accept returns if the seal on the product is broken or damaged.
Please contact us before returning a product on 020 7978 1770 or email us at ukinfo@walterandwildcom. Please be aware that you are liable for the cost of the return of the item, we recommend that proof of postage is obtained when sending. We are only able to refund for items received back by us, we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that at times, due to inventory levels, some flavours in our Starter Kits and Mixed Packs will be substituted with another flavour in the kit/pack.
