Tandoori Chicken Kebabs with Spiced Cumber Yoghurt Sauce

Simple and tasty for any occasion!

Serves: 4 (8 skewers)
Ingredients:
For the skewers:
1/2 cup of Thick & Creamy Unsweetened Natural Greek Style Yoghurt
2 tbsp of curry powder
1 tbsp of tomato paste
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
 
For the sauce:
1/2 a cumber 
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of curry powder
1 tbsp of fresh coriander, chopped
1 tbsp of fresh lime juice
1/2 cup of Thick & Creamy Unsweetened Natural Greek Style Yoghurt
Method:
Mix yoghurt, curry powder and tomato paste together in a shallow dish. Cut the chicken into strips about 2cm wide and coat with the yoghurt mixture. Thread onto skewers and grill or BBQ for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 
For the yoghurt sauce, grate the cucumber and drain in a sieve. Crush, peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the drained cucumber, garlic, curry powder, coriander, lime and yoghurt together until combined. 
Serve with a mixed salad and pita bread.
