Spicy Yoghurt Chicken

8 Skinless Chicken Drumsticks

150 grams Classic Unsweetened or Lite Unsweetened Greek Style Yoghurt

1 Tsp Chilli Powder

1 Tbsp Ground Coriander 

2 Tsp Ground Turmeric


1. Mix the yoghurt and spices in a bowl, and season to taste.Make a few slashes in each drumstick with a sharp knife and add them to the bowl. Rub the yoghurt mixture well into the meat. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. 


2. Remove the drumsticks from the marinade, shaking off the excess. Cook them on the barbecue, in the oven or in a pan for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure that the chicken is cooked all the way through.
