Refreshing & Filling Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups raw spinach

1 banana

Juice from 1/2 a lemon

1 cup Unsweetened Yoghurt (Lite or Greek)

 

Method:

Mix all your ingredients in a smoothie blender and enjoy!
